Privacy Policy

Data we process. When you request an offer we process your website, your target group description, your desired number of appointments, region, mobile number, name and email address. Our servers additionally log technical data (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for operation and security.
Cookies. We set one technically necessary cookie (ab_lang) to remember your chosen language. It holds no personal data and expires after one year.
Purpose and legal basis. We process your data to answer your request and to prepare or perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Sharing. We do not sell your data. We share it only where necessary to deliver the service (email delivery, hosting, payment processing) or where legally required.
Retention. We keep your data as long as needed for the stated purposes or as required by law. Enquiries without a contract are usually deleted after 12 months.
Your rights. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time. Contact: hello@all-bound.io. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
Business contact. As part of our service we contact business contacts (B2B) by email, processing business data such as name, role, company and business email address. You may object to this at any time and we will stop contacting you immediately.

Terms of Business
1. Scope. These terms apply to all services provided by All Bound Ltd. to companies (B2B).
2. Services. Allbound provides B2B matchmaking and appointment setting: target group definition and research, building a decision-maker database, personalised email outreach and delivery of replies and accepted contacts via a dashboard. We owe the performance of these activities, not a specific commercial result. No revenue or booking guarantees are given unless expressly agreed in writing.
3. Fees. A one-time setup fee based on the number of contacts in the target database (benchmark approx. EUR 1 per contact) plus CHF 147 per contact accepted by the client in the dashboard. No monthly base fee. Declines are free of charge. Invoices are payable within 14 days.
4. Client cooperation. The client provides the information needed to define the target group and names a contact person.
5. Database and use. After full payment of the setup, the database becomes the client's property. Until then it remains the property of Allbound. Passing it to third parties without consent is prohibited.
6. Confidentiality. Both parties treat all information obtained during the cooperation as confidential.
7. Term and termination. The cooperation is open-ended and may be terminated by either party with 30 days notice. Services already rendered and accepted business dates remain payable.
8. Liability. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise liability is limited to the fee paid for the service concerned.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction. Irish law applies, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected; our offer is directed exclusively at businesses. Place of jurisdiction is Dublin, Ireland, where permitted.
